Gervasi Vineyard is home to three restaurants that serve everything from fine Italian cuisine in The Bistro to a more casual dining experience at The Piazza seasonal outdoor patio or The Crush House Wine Bar & Eatery. The Still House is a coffeehouse and cocktail lounge offering specialty cocktails, beer and wine. The Cave is a unique and intimate environment for a world-class wine tasting experience. Our winery features award-winning wines from bold reds to sweet whites, offering over 30 varietals. The boutique distillery now offers many spirits from which to choose including bourbon, gin and vodka.
